The Adidas Nova Run is only available for male runners in standard sizing measurement. 

The technical components directly affecting the fit of the shoe is its engineered mesh upper which is also employed in the Adidas Ultra Boost. This upper material is responsible for giving flexibility and security to the shoe. The padded collar and tongue of the shoe keep the foot in place when running. Lastly, the lace-up fastening system of the shoe supplies adjustable fit.
