I don't enjoy playing in these that much...
I'm pretty much hooping in this shoe, man!
The third in the CrazyQuick line, the shoe features several techs such as the multidirectional herringbone pattern, the adiPRENE+ cushioning combined with the QuickFrame setup, and the mesh and TechFit upper.
Cushion. The midsole uses a full-length adiPRENE+ cushion that boasts a responsive base for a quick and easy takeoff.
Traction. The Adidas Crazyquick 3 utilizes a multidirectional herringbone pattern. The rubber is made of a soft compound that performs its best on clean courts. It is advised to stick to indoor courts since the grooves will burn out easily.
Length and Width. The shoe runs big. Reviewers notice that there is a thumb-sized dead space in the forefoot. It is recommended that you go half a size down your regular Adidas basketball shoe size for a better fit.
Lockdown. The lockdown of the shoe comes from several areas: the extended midsole helps to contain the foot during lateral movements, the internal TPU heel counter provides a secure base from behind the foot, the TechFit upper provides a sock-like fit to the foot, and the Flywire-like lacing system grasps the foot from the sides when the laces are tightened.
The Crazyquick 3 features a breathable and lightweight mesh and TechFit upper. The toe rand is overlayed with rubber–adding durability to the high-wear area. From the back, an internal TPU heel cup is thickly padded with foam, hugging the foot from behind.
An adiPRENE+ midsole is used to give increase the shoe’s responsiveness. The shoe also implements QuickFrame, an EVA chassis that integrates the outsole and midsole. This frame increases stability, support, and flexibility without making the shoe too rigid.
The QuickFrame’s extended EVA frame adds a bold pop of color that accentuates the shoe’s shape. The CrazyQuick 3’s are great to rock casually and on-court.
The shoe comes in several color combinations such as black/speckled white, black/volt, and red/black.
