How it works

Our footwear testing service allows you to do anything from a single shoe tested in a single test to our complete prototype testing and even to long-term partnerships that will enable your entire organization to send us samples as you like and get instant results on your product development. 

1. You decide what footwear tests you want us to conduct
2. You send us the shoes that you want us to test 
3. We conduct testing and return results within 2 weeks

What you will receive

All test results are shared in spreadsheets so you can compare and filter your shoes easily.

1. Full test data for your specific prototype.
2. Average test data for the category your shoe fits into.
3. Custom benchmark segments, e.g. "daily running, road, $120-160, neutral". Segments can be based on any filters (and more) that you see on our overview of all running shoe reviews.
4. Test data from the individual shoes you select for comparison.*

*Note: comparisons are only made with publicly available shoes.

What tests are available

• We currently conduct all tests as seen in our reviews (energy return, shock absorption, gel test, traction, flex, and 30+ other tests). 
• Fit and comfort testing based on 20 people wearing a men's US 9
• Any customized testing based on your needs
• SOON: New tests in development (midsole durability, air permeability/thermal resistance and moisture absorption)

For marketing teams

With our footwear testing services, we offer sessions to help identify unique selling points of your footwear that you may use in your marketing efforts. RunRepeat is positioned uniquely, as we can compare your test data to our full dataset or parts of it to share meaningful stories of how your shoes stand out. We do allow you to credit us as your testing partner for increased credibility.
