Updates to Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7

  • The Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7 is a road running shoe that is designed for those who have neutral foot motion. Pebax Rnew resistant and bio-based material are utilized in the Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7. This technology is essential in reducing the effects of global warming.
  • The Mizuno Intercool is integrated into the shoe which aims to decrease heat build-up in the footwear.
  • A softer U4ic Strobel Lasting Board is used to provide additional comfort.
  • To accommodate the foot's natural shape and movement, the improved DynamotionFit is also used.

Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7 size and fit

The Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7 runs true to size. It provides a more comfortable and snugger fit to medium-footed runners. The shoe is available in standard medium D and B widths for men’s and women’s respectively.

The X10 carbon rubber is integrated into the Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7. This durable material protects the shoe's cushioning system from the abrasive and hazardous nature of different paved surfaces. It is responsible for providing enough traction as well.

The full-length Infinity Wave is used in the shoe. This wave-shaped unit provides additional cushioning. It is essential in ensuring that all phases of the gait cycle are correctly handled. As a result, the heel-to-toe transition is well-supported.

Additional support is offered by the innovative U4ic midsole. This cushioning technology runs the whole length of the midsole section. It provides the right amount of support that the wearer needed all throughout the running sessions. This is also used in the Mizuno Wave Prophecy 8 and other Mizuno shoes for running.

A full-length midsole ventilation system called the Mizuno Intercool is utilized in the shoe. This system is a component of the shoe that helps to reduce humidity and heat build-up inside the foot chamber.

Underneath the sock liner lies the U4icX Strobel Lasting Board. It delivers additional cushioning and comfort to the underside part of the foot.

A removable foam insole has been added by Mizuno for the benefit of the underfoot section. This material can be replaced and removed depending on the preference and needs of the runner.

One important feature of the shoe is the breathable fabric lining. This material makes sure that the interior sleeve is smooth and soft. It is essential in maintaining proper ventilation into the foot chamber. It keeps the foot cool and dry during the running and walking activities.

The Airmesh with synthetic overlays is the material used in the upper unit of the Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7. This material accommodates better inflow and outflow of air. As a result, a healthier and fresher foot environment is maintained.

The upper area is carefully engineered with the improved DynamotionFit. It is a 3-panel construction that makes the entire coverage capable of accommodating the natural shape and movements of the foot. It is essential in making the upper blend seamless to the particular runner who is wearing the shoe.

The Pebax Rnew and bio-based material are used in making the Mizuno Wave Prophecy 7. The Pebax Rnew is a thermoplastic elastomer range that is made from castor oil and renewable resources. It is significant in contributing to the reduction of the hazardous effects of global warming.

To provide additional cushioning to the foot, the padded tongue and collar are integrated into the shoe. These materials also prevent the possibility of shoe-removals.

A snugger fit is encouraged by the lace-up closure system. It helps in keeping the foot in place during the running activities.
