Fit & Sizing

The low-top Adidas SL Rise is available in US men's sizing. Some advised that it runs a tad small. They suggested adding a half size from the wearer's regular measurement to get the best possible fit. It features a conventional lace-up closure with reinforced lace eyelets that offers a secure fit. The internal bootie construction hugs the foot accordingly.

Adidas SL Rise Style

A blend of leather and double-layer woven mesh comprises the upper of the Adidas SL Rise. While it lacks embellishments that other Adidas shoes may have, this sporty low-top is a great addition to anyone's shoe rotation because of its clean-looking aesthetic.

The unmistakable Three-Stripe branding is situated on the lateral sides that extend from the midsole up to the eyelets. Another branding that is prominently displayed is the Trefoil logo, which is seen on the tongue, heel, and outsole.

As versatile as any Adidas sneaker could be, the SL Rise is a natural match for almost any casual clothes such as joggers, denim pants and shorts. Thanks to its color schemes, users will find no issues pairing it with their lifestyle get-up.

Notable Features

The Adidas SL Rise has a durable cupsole construction that allows exceptional support. A heavy-duty tread pattern in multiple directions is used on the outsole which provides enhanced traction. Cushioning is offered by the injected-molded EVA foam on the midsole.

Adidas SL Rise History

Adidas is recognized as one of the top manufacturers of high-quality footwear, clothing, and accessories worldwide. The Three-Stripe brand started its empire in the 1920s in Germany by Adi Dassler and his brother. Dassler designed one of the first shoes with spikes that are meant for playing soccer. Since then, the brand rose to prominence not only in the sporting world but also became a household name in lifestyle fashion.

Adidas Originals is probably the brand's most famous collection. It features a series of heritage shoes that made an impact due to its timeless style and versatility. In 2016, the Adidas SL Rise was added to the collection. Inspired by the 80s running shoes, this sneaker has classic detailing like the Trefoil branding.

A women's variant has also been released, called the Adidas Originals SL Rise W. Utilizing the XENO technology, the brand released another iteration. The Adidas Originals SL Rise Xeno casual shoe has a snakeskin-like pattern on the upper.
