The Saucony Cohesion 12 is a daily trainer that can log a lot of miles despite a low price tag. The shoe feels sturdy and holds up to some miles.
- Outdoor adventurers who like to take to the trails can be thankful for the existence of the Saucony Cohesion TR 12. This update to a well-known series of cheap running shoes from a respected brand continues to aim for iterative improvements, utilizing new tech to improve performance on the trails. This time, the whole shoe is reinforced to be more durable and versatile (an initiative that Saucony calls RunAnyWhere).
- The upper unit uses a mesh that is bolstered to resist scrapes and tears. Breathability is still preserved because of the presence of visible breathing holes. Stitched-on overlays maintain the upright structure of the facade while also serving as a shield against the sharp and uneven elements of the trails.
The standard sizing measurements were used during the creation of the Saucony Cohesion TR 12. A comfortable in-shoe experience can be influenced by testing out the shoe first or gaining knowledge of the actual sizing scheme through the feedback of other users.
When it comes to the fit, the elements that affect the quality of the foot-wrap include the breathable upper, the imposing frame of stitched overlays, and the semi-curved shape of the lasting board. These factors could affect the efficacy of the fit, though those with medium foot-dimensions shouldn’t have to worry.
