New Balance 597 Style

The New Balance 597 is great for most outfits. Users can go casual with a shirt and jeans. The sporty outlook also make it a reasonable option when going out across the city for sporting events or a late night out.

Notable Features

The classic look of this shoe, with the 597 branding in the tongue, is an excellent feature. It brings to mind a few of New Balance’s most sought after shoes without losing its distinctive look. The shoe’s classy style enables it to be a solid choice as a versatile sneaker.

New Balance 597 History

The New Balance 597 is one of the classic NB shoes that has been modified to fit modern-day fashion. The classic aesthetic of the brand that people know and adore can be seen in the present New Balance 597 model.

Its upper is given a suede, leather and mesh revamp. Various colorways have been produced for the pair.  There are also reissues with an essence of luxury by using premium leather.

Many would wonder why the New Balance model names are numbers instead of unique and creative names. Terry Heckler, the designer behind the N Logo found on the sneakers, suggested this idea. He said that numbers make the shoes more technical. It will also prevent the unique titles from conflicting with the brand. New Balance owner and chairman Jim Davis listened to his suggestion and the rest is history. On the technical side, the numbers indicate the features and benefits of the model.
