One of the biggest differences that separates the Venture 4 among the other Gel line-ups is its high-abrasion outsole, which is meant to deal with different and uneven surfaces.

  • 92 / 100 | The Running Choice | Level 1 expert

The arch support is incredibly high and strong. If you’ve got a high arch, or a low arch that needs some extra support while you’re running, the GEL Venture 4 has that for you as well.

  • 90 / 100 | Runners Choice | | Level 1 expert

It is comfortable for those who want to run through rough terrain to work out and provides adequate protection of the foot in the toe box and in the remainder of the shoe against the danger of protruding objects on trails that might not be seen by the runner right away.

  • 86 / 100 | The Running Choice | Level 1 expert

It is very comfortable to wear, and it provides the right amount of support your feet need while pounding away on hard surfaces.

  • The 4th version of the Gel Venture gives trail runners great service and performance. It utilizes the tried and tested technologies of the company in order to keep the runner confident when it comes to tackling the uneven terrain. Durable and secure, this shoe is a solid running companion for casual trail blazers and adventurers alike.
  • The upper unit of this Asics trail shoe uses a mesh material that is able to welcomes air into the interior chamber in order to keep the foot cool and dry. The smoothness of the fabric won’t cause irritation on the skin. Synthetic overlays are stitched onto the fabric; they help in securing the foot snugly.
  • The mid-sole unit makes use of a full-length foam unit that’s responsible for keeping the foot comfortable and well-cushioned at all times. It’s responsive, so it won’t feel stiff or unwieldy. A shock absorption unit in the rear of the mid-sole prevents runners from feeling the impact shock during the striking phase of the gait cycle.
  • Durable rubber makes the outsole formidable against the hazardous trails. It actively shields the sole unit and keep it safe from wear. Gripping lugs that face different directions provide the runner with traction on uneven surfaces, which is very agreeable because it’s a trail running shoe.

The Asics Gel Venture 4 same as with is latest version, the Gel Venture 6, has a standard running shoe length. Men and women are treated with a sizing scheme that follows the regular measurements. The available width is medium, so it is able to accommodate the runners who have medium sized feet. Its semi curved shape adheres to the natural curve of the human foot.

Same as in the popular Asics Gel Contend 4, AHAR® is a high-quality rubber material that’s used in the Asics Gel Venture 4. It protects the mid-sole from the abrasive nature of the trails, preserving it and keeping it efficient. It naturally gives surface traction, which is important for every running shoe.

Multidirectional gripping lugs let the runner traverse multiple types of terrain. Uphill and downhill treks become easier because of these gripping lugs on the outsole.

A durable and responsive foam made from Ethylene vinyl acetate makes up the main cushioning unit of the Asics Gel Venture 4. It keeps the foot comfortable at all times. It doesn’t break down easily, so it remains comfortable even after many uses.

The Gel® Cushioning System is used in the rear area of the shoe. It is able to attenuate shock during the landing phase of the gait cycle, keeping the runner safe from discomfort during the running session.

A cushioned insole is added to the mid-sole. It can be removed to accommodate medical orthotics.

A breathable mesh material makes up most of the upper unit of this running shoe. It covers the foot well, responsibly maintaining support that’s all encompassing. It allows air to easily enter the foot-chamber in order to keep the foot cool and dry.

Synthetic overlays are stitched onto the main fabric of the upper. They connect directly to the lacing system. So, when the shoelaces are adjusted, they follow suit, giving the runner a snug but customizable fit.

Textile lining allows the wearer to feel a smoothness to the interior walls of the shoe. It doesn’t irritate the skin, so it’s okay to wear this shoe without socks.
