Updates to Nike Zoom All Out Low 2

  • The Nike Zoom All Out Low 2 is a running shoe that’s designed for those who have neutral pronation. It makes use of a minimal design to cater to shoe enthusiasts that don’t want to see too much bulk on the façade of their apparel. A shiny sheen covers the façade, giving it a more eye-catching look.
  • The upper unit is comprised of a breathable mesh to ensure ventilation and lightweight support. The overlay system heightens the unassuming design of the product, with synthetic layers printed onto the areas that are in need of reinforcement.
  • A foam material supports the underfoot and keeps it safe from impact. A sturdy plastic component filled with compressed air covers ¾ of the platform. Its purpose is to provide an additional bounce to each heel-to-toe transition while also attenuating the shock generated by the foot-strike.

Size and fit

The Nike Zoom All Out Low 2 was designed using the standard measurements. It allows the regular preferences of consumers, particularly when it comes to length. The available width for the women’s version is B – Medium. The men’s version has the D – Medium variant.

The outsole unit of the Nike Zoom All Out Low 2 makes use of a durable rubber compound to protect the components of the midsole from getting damaged. Pentagonal nodes help in ensuring surface traction, which is essential during the running session.

A crash rail hugs the external bottom part of the underfoot platform. It acts as a shield against wear and tear. The visual representation of this is described as a low wall or layer that creeps up the perimeter of the sole unit.

Forefoot flex grooves allow the underfoot platform to bend and more in conjunction with the metatarsals as they prepare for the toe-off phase of the gait cycle.

A foam compound is used for the underfoot platform of the Nike Zoom All Out Low 2. It carries the foot and keeps it cushioned throughout the activity. Though it runs the entire length of the product, only the forefoot has the traditional thickness because the rest is horizontally halved to accommodate another cushioning system.

The bottom part of the midsole features a Zoom Air unit. It covers ¾ of the surface area, leaving only the front portion to contain just foam. This technology is composed of a plastic chamber that is filled with compressed air. Its goal is to make each step as responsive as possible. The Zoom Air unit is also used in the Nike Air Zoom Structure 22 and other Nike running shoes.

A lightweight mesh makes up most of the Nike Zoom All Out Low 2’s upper unit. It’s designed to be lightweight and breathable. Ventilation pores accommodate airflow into the foot-chamber, thereby bringing a cool and dry environment for the wearer.

Thin synthetic overlays are patterned on the façade. These printed add-ons provide structure to the shoe while also reinforcing it. They also help the lacing system in delivering a snug and secure fit.

The inner sleeve is partially made of a soft mesh. This configuration has the goal of giving a smooth in-shoe experience.
