  • Designed to conquer harsh terrains, the Wave Mujin 6 employs XtaGrip outsole composed of Michelin rubber compound. Contrary to its previous versions, it is claimed to be a very neutral shoe as it is constructed without pronation control. One of the notable updates to the shoe is its integration of Mizuno Intercool which covers a full-length ventilation system into the shoe.
  • Still retaining previous versions’ quality technologies and components, the Wave Mujin 6 is still constructed with Dynamotion Fit which supplies free foot movement and secure shoe fit.

Available in standard sizing measurement, the Mizuno Wave Mujin 6 is composed of Airmesh which allows flexibility and secure fit. On the other hand, the Dynamotion Fit of the shoe delivers its optimal fit as it employs stretch materials to cater to this trail running shoe's adaptability.

The XtaGrip outsole of the Mizuno Wave Mujin 6 is composed of Michelin rubber that is built for durability, grip, and comfort.

One additional feature of the Wave Mujin 6 is the brand’s Mizuno Intercool, providing a solution to humidity build-up as it permits a full-length ventilation system in the sole of the shoe.

Featuring an ESS rock plate, which is an extra solid sheet rock-plate, the shoe is well-protected from stones and rocks.

The Mizuno Wave technology is inspired by nature that aims to promote impact absorption, support, and responsive motion. It consists of an elastic thermal plastic wave that runs from the heel to the midfoot. This technology absorbs the energy during impact, quickly dispersing it to a broader area to enable a stable and smooth ride. It provides support in the area around the arch to keep the foot centered within the shoe. Lastly, it allows maximized heel-to-toe transition for a responsive and energized ride.

XtaRide is a technical trail concept from Mizuno that features X lugs and Xta groove featuring X lugs and Xta groove. It allows the Wave Mujin 6 to adapt to its surroundings and work harmoniously with the body.

Claimed to be an evolutionary midsole component, the U4icX midsole is lightweight and delivers a more cushioned ride with high rebounds to attain the most comfortable energized ride.

The  OrthoLite® sockliner enables a healthy foot environment as it is anti-microbial and prevents moisture build-up.

Just like the upper composition of Altra Torin 3.0, the Mizuno Wave Mujin 6 is also protected with a layer of Airmesh, allowing a breathable and cool running experience. This upper material also optimizes the movement of the foot.

The Dynamotion Fit features patterns that enhance the fit of the upper material. Since it is also utilized in the forefoot and collar of the shoe, it prevents the heel collar from buckling under load.
