Turn the hysteria on with the Nike React Frenzy

As part of its THE10TH series, the Swoosh launched another utilitarian silhouette dubbed as Nike React Frenzy. Unlike the sleek Nike React Element 87, this urban kick features a robust profile that pays homage to Japanese work boots and 90s hardcourt footwear.

Its plush ankle padding is based on the basketball realm, while its split and asymmetrical flair take cues from Japanese work boots. Meanwhile, its upper is made of nylon and nubuck to give a luxurious variation of texture. Found around the midsole is the swooping mudguard that adds boldness and enhances durability.

Extra extra!

  • The THE10TH series was inspired by Nike's founder Bill Bowerman's stint in the 10th Mountain Division. The Swoosh thought of creating a capsule that features designs with outdoor flavor and utilitarian details.
  • Aside from THE10TH, the Swoosh also launched the D/MS/X and N.354 as part of Nike's expansive umbrella.
