This neutral running footwear, the Saucony Echelon 7, uses the standard measurements when it comes to its sizing. The shoe has a spacious toe-box that is sure to provide a comfortable ride. Featured in the outsole of the Saucony Echelon 7 is the IBR+. Lying in the forefoot section, this material is described to be a soft rubber compound that delivers additional cushioning.
