Updates to Saucony Peregrine 10 GTX

  • Saucony is back with a new design. The Saucony Peregrine 10 GTX is here to take the user's trail running performance to the next level. Used in making the running footwear is the reinforced Gore-Tex upper. The goal of this is to protect the foot, especially in wet weather conditions. The shoe is also meant to give exceptional lockdown-feel even on rough and unequal terrains.
  • The Peregrine 10 GTX utilizes the PWRTRAC tacky rubber. This material is focused on providing better traction when conquering a wide variety of surfaces. The rubber is meant to deliver added durability as well.
  • Along with the PWRTRAC tacky rubber is the more aggressive lugs. These lugs are sure to provide the right amount of grip needed in tackling challenging terrains.
  • The shoe is equipped with drainage holes that the user can drill. This is helpful when the condition becomes sloppy.

Size and fit

With the utilization of the reinforced upper, a more secure fit is offered by the Peregrine 10 GTX. This enables the runner to start and finish the running session with ease and confidence. The RUNDRY collar lining is also helpful in achieving a healthier foot environment. This is vital in letting the runner experience a more comfortable in-shoe feel.

Utilized in the outsole is the PWRTRAC. This material is described as a tacky rubber compound that provides more traction when compared to traditional rubber. Its hexagonal-shape pattern comes with the 6.0 mm lugs. This feature of the shoe is sure to adapt to different types of terrains.

The Flex grooves are integrated into the Saucony Peregrine 10 GTX. These grooves can increase the shoe's adaptability to a wide range of underfoot variations.

To safeguard the foot during the running session, the Rock plate is used. This material protects and shields the foot against any sharp objects that can be found on the trail.

The PWRRUN is integrated into the Saucony Peregrine 10 GTX. This topsole cushioning system provides a more responsive ride. Along with the responsive ride is the protective underfoot feel. As a result, the user can push downhill and uphill with ease and confidence.

Added rebound is the sole responsibility of the PWRFOAM midsole. This is significant in providing a smoother ride during the running activity.

The removable foam footbed is featured in the shoe. This material offers additional cushioning to deliver a more comfortable running experience.

The Trail-specific FORMFIT design is used in crafting the Peregrine 10 GTX. This is vital in creating a cradle for the foot to provide a more secure lockdown. As a result, the foot is kept protected when tackling uneven terrains.

Utilized in the running footwear is the Gore-TEx Invisible Fit Technology. Along with this is the tightly-knit upper. These materials offer waterproof protection to the foot during the running session.

Like the Saucony Omni 16, the RUNDRY collar lining is utilized in this running shoe as well. The purpose of this is to wick away moisture. This is significant in promoting a fresher, drier, and healthier in-shoe feel.

Next-to-foot comfort is encouraged by the soft fabric lining. As a result, a more enjoyable running experience is benefited by the user.

Used in making the Peregrine 10 GTX is the TPU exo-skeleton frames. Saucony added this feature to provide structural support to the foot.

Utilized in building the shoe is the traditional lace-up closure. This promotes a more secure fit during the activity.

The External heel counter is integrated into the Saucony Peregrine 10 GTX. This material aids in locking the foot down throughout the running session.

With the utilization of the padded collar and tongue, added comfort is offered. It also helps in securing lockdown fit. This feature is used in the Saucony Triumph ISO 5 as well.
