Updates to the Reebok ROS Workout TR 2.0
- The shoe introduces a makeover of the upper unit as it features a more open mesh construction for more lightweight and breathable support. The amount of synthetic material has been significantly reduced. It’s been replaced by tightly-woven textile pods in the high-wear areas.
Multisurface outsole traction
The ROS Workout TR 2.0 utilizes a rubber outsole for durable protection. The full-length FINN lug pattern was engineered to provide traction on a variety of indoor and outdoor surfaces.
The RopePro technology uses carbon rubber panels on the lateral and medial sides. They work as shields that protect the shoe during rope climbing sessions. They also feature raised treads for enhanced grip on the rope.
Extra cushioned underfoot
The low-profile build of the Reebok ROS Workout TR 2.0 places the foot closer to the ground. It is essential in providing steadiness during weightlifting. The 5 mm heel-to-toe differential creates a near-flat platform to aid the natural biomechanics of the foot.
The trainer features an injection-molded EVA cradle. It provides a cushioned underfoot feel. Inside, a die-cut EVA sock liner adds an extra layer of comfort and cushioning.
Lightweight breathable upper
The open mesh upper of the Reebok ROS Workout TR 2.0 warrants lightweight and ventilated support for the foot. The tightly-woven textile panels on the toe box and the lateral and medial sides protect against abrasion. Synthetic overlays are strategically placed throughout the façade to add structure and support. Users are given more freedom of movement in the ankle with the footwear’s low-cut design.
Snug lacing system
The trainer employs a traditional lace-up closure to keep the foot inside securely. The padded tongue keeps the instep comfortable and protected from the pressure created by the laces.
Anti-slip padding
The collar is lightly padded to keep the ankle area comfortable and free from irritation. It also serves to keep the back of the foot locked down and prevents heel slippage.
