- The shoe also has updated midsole technologies. It uses the new FlyteFoam Lyte and FlyteFoam Propel which offer lightweight and responsive cushioning.
- The outsole of the shoe has also been updated for better ground contact, grip, and durability. The improved outsole is also designed to enhance the heel-to-toe transition.
Asics Gel Nimbus 21 Lite-Show size and fit
The Asics Gel Nimbus 21 Lite-Show runs true to size. It has a medium fit from the heel to the forefoot, and the toe-box is spacious enough for the toes to move comfortably.
This shoe is available medium width for both men’s and women’s versions thus, medium-footed runners, for both gender, will have no problem achieving a perfect fit.
The notable AHAR (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) compound is also used in the outer sole of the Asics Gel Nimbus 21 Lite-Show. This material gives durability to the outsole, allowing it to withstand the damaging elements of the road. It also gives a good amount of grip whenever necessary.
The Lite-Show version of the Asics Nimbus 21 uses the FlyteFoam Lyte and FlyteFoam Propel. The combination of these midsole materials offers lightweight cushioning that is also responsive and comfortable.
The shoe is also equipped by the notable Asics Gel cushioning. This element that is placed in the rearfoot and forefoot offers efficient shock absorption during impact. It also offers better heel-to-toe transition.
The Guidance Trusstic System Technology and the Guidance Line work hand in hand in enhancing gait efficiency for better running performance.
In the upper of the Nimbus 21 Lite-Show is a light and flexible jacquard mesh. This two-layer mesh offers breathability throughout the run. It gives proper ventilation to keep the foot dry and sweat-free, especially on warm running conditions. This material also conforms to the shape of the foot, wrapping it comfortably.
The upper of the shoe also comes with 3D Printed overlays that give added support and structural integrity. Since it is printed, it gives the foot a seamless, irritation-free coverage.
Added into the premium design of the upper are reflective details. As part of the Lite-Show Collection, this shoe gives added visibility, especially on low-light routes.
The heel clutching system is very reliable and known to other popular Asics running shoes. It wraps the heel comfortably while providing a more secure fit and heel lockdown.
Lastly, the shoe has a traditional lace-up closure. It is easy to adjust and gives a comfortable fit in the midfoot area.
