Super playable shoes. If you like shoes that are built the old fashioned way, you don't like plastics, you don't like knits, you don't like fuse - all that kind of stuff. Something like this, like a good solid retro which these actually are, you're probably going to enjoy.
When you get up a size or half size, you get the best results for your tie.
Eddie Jone’s third pair of Js in 2000, the Jordan Jumpman Swift 6 makes waves in the basketball courts again as the Jordan Jumpman Swift. The original pair brought a unique zipped up look to the courts. In the retro version, several little elements have been changed including the removal of the EJ branding found in the original model.
Taking massive inspiration from the Air Jordan 15, the shoe also bears the Nike Air technology in the forefoot and the heel areas. The zipper aesthetic that is lumped with the central lacing system is a feature from the AJ 15s, as well. A dash of inspiration from the Jordan 13s is also found in the internal side of the tongue, which has the word ‘JORDAN’ printed on it.
Cushion. The Nike Air technology is the cushioning used for the Jordan Jumpman Swift basketball shoe. The Nike Zoom Air technology has been integrated into the forefoot. Making use of pressurized elements, it brings more energy return while absorbing impact for every step made. This innovation decreases the possibility of injuries, especially on the muscles, joints, and tendons. The heel area, on the other hand, makes use of Nike Air Sole technology.
Traction. Created out of a rubber-based material, the outsole bears a herringbone pattern that delivers aggressive traction and grip on the court or on a variety of street surfaces.
Length and Width. There have not been any reported sizing issues for the Jordan Jumpman Swift basketball shoe, so it’s safe to assume that the pair fits true to size. It is important to note, however, that wide-footed players might want to go half a size up or try on a pair first to get the best possible fit.
Lockdown. For fit personalization, a central lacing system situated under the zipper closure has been incorporated into the shoe’s construction. The zipper feature integrated into the outermost layer of the upper not only adds to the aesthetic value to the pair but, it also aids in securing foot lockdown.
The upper material is a mix of leather, synthetics, and textile. Leather makes the majority of the upper, spanning from the midsole to the heel area. Synthetic panels are found at the lateral side of the pair. While the zip up closure, as well as the toe areas, are constructed with a fabric material.
Moreover, embossed stitching of the official Jumpman logo can be found in the heel area and the side of the tongue.
The Jordan Jumpman Swift brings an undoubtedly unique and versatile look. With colorways ranging from neutral tones to the more vibrant ones, each model can be a good match for a basketball jersey. The pair won’t be left out for a fashionable walk through the streets, either. The cleat can be one’s statement piece even when wearing just a basic tee-and-jeans combo.

Jordan Jumpman Swift ‘Lakers’
As a homage to Eddie Jone’s NBA team, it just feels appropriate to create a Lakers-inspired colorway for the Jordan Jumpman Swift. The cleat features a mostly black upper with accents of recognizable Lakers colors purple and gold. A bold purple Jumpman logo is also highly visible at the heel area of the pair.
