These shoes were built to do everything and the best part about these is that they are the best Nanos to run in because of just how flexible and how lightweight they are.
I love them out-of-the-box, super comfy, super flexible.
My favorite aspect of this shoe is that when I'm wearing it, I forget that's on and in the world of CrossFit, we want to focus on what we're doing.
These are nothing but brilliant; the side to side support on them is fantastic.
I will no longer have to spend five minutes deciding if I’m going to endure double unders or box jumps in my lifting shoes. I now have one pair of shoes that will cover most situations in the box.
The Reebok CrossFit Nano 2.0 is one of the most in-demand versions of the Nano series. The shoe is crafted with a supportive upper, low-profile midsole, and a hard-wearing rubber outsole.
The shoe utilizes a high-abrasion rubber outsole. This compound is engineered to be more hard-wearing than typical rubber. It features a lugged tread pattern that allows for multi-directional grip and flexibility. The heel portion lays flat so the rearfoot feels grounded during weight training sessions.
The outsole also wraps up the medial and lateral sides of the midfoot. The extended portions grip the rope during climbs or descents.
The Reebok CrossFit Nano 2.0 employs a full-length EVA midsole. This cushioning platform is designed to absorb shock to keep the foot comfortable and the joints of the lower extremities protected. The low-profile design is intended to keep the foot steady during workouts.
The upper of this Reebok Crossfit shoe is constructed using the 3D Fuse Frame technique which intends to provide a supportive structure to hold the foot without adding too much weight to the shoe. An open-spacer mesh at the forefoot section and the tongue enhances the flexibility and breathability of the upper.
The Duragrip toe wrap is used on the front of the trainer. It helps protect the toes and fight off abrasion associated with high-intensity workouts.
A traditional lace-up closure keeps the foot locked in place. The laces pass through a single slot on the tongue, preventing it from sliding to the sides during training. The padded tongue also protects the instep from becoming irritated because of the pressure made by the laces.
The rearfoot is kept comfortable by the plush collar. Aside from averting chafing, it also prevents accidental shoe removal, especially during dynamic movements.
