The Reebok CrossFit Lifter Plus 2.0 is a weightlifting shoe that is also designed to be an all-around CrossFit footgear because of its flexible forefoot. It shares many of the same technologies used on its predecessor, the CrossFit Lifter 2.0, like the POWERBAX thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) heel that provides stability and the rubber outsole that delivers steadiness and traction.

What makes this pair different from the older version is the use of the U-Form innovation. It utilizes materials that need to be heat-treated to conform to the wearer’s foot shape for a snug and secure fit whereas the CrossFit Lifter 2.0 employs the 3D FuseFrame technology instead.

Rubber makes up the outsole of the Reebok CrossFit Lifter Plus 2.0. It is durable to endure CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD) sessions. It also features a brick-like tread pattern at the forefoot which promotes flexibility due to its numerous flex grooves while the flat surface keeps it stable. The heel is also constructed to be even to keep the rearfoot steady while lifting heavy.

The CrossFit Lifter Plus 2.0 from Reebok features a high heel made of the POWERBAX TPU technology. This wedge is 19-mm high and assists wearers in performing deeper squats without experiencing discomfort in their Achilles tendon.
