What it's like to work at RunRepeat

  • A tonne of flexibility. No rules about when you work as long as you do your job. No 9 am to 6 pm. Do what works for YOU
  • We have minimal bureaucracy and high autonomy. At RunRepeat, you OWN your work. There are no deadlines other than those you set yourself
  • Barely any meetings
  • Run in and test a huge variety of shoes from our lab
  • These are unique opportunities for the right person. It's roles that can expand based on skills and performance
  • We're a small team of 13 people who have been at RunRepeat for 6.9 years on average - apparently it's not so bad here after all. In Portugal, you will have four colleagues. The rest of the team is remote, working from around Europe
