  • The GOrun 400 from Skechers brings takes runners on a comfortable experience with its high-quality components and efficient design. Suitable for daily running sessions and training on the road, it doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to ensuring that the runner is able to perform well. The shoe has a lightweight and breathable nature that are certain to deliver better running outputs from the wearer.
  • The upper unit of this running shoe utilizes a mesh material that has an open construction. It’s lightly padded, so it adds more cushioning to the dimensions of the foot. It isn’t stiff, so it allows the foot to move naturally through the gait cycle. Synthetic overlays add more structure to the upper, and they also cause the fabrics to wrap around the foot in a customizable way.
  • The mid-sole unit uses a foam material that’s durable and highly responsive. Its plush nature causes the foot to experience heightened levels of comfort when it comes to stepping onto the shoe’s platform. It doesn’t have a substantial weight, as well, so it stays efficient even after many uses.
  • Durable rubber covers the outsole unit. It has a protective function that works against the abrasive nature of the asphalt. Circular pods that pockmark this layer of the shoe help in delivering smooth transitions from the heel to the toe.

The Skechers GOrun 400 has a regular running shoe length. It comes in sizes that adhere to the standard measurements used for the men and women’s versions. The heel, mid-foot and forefoot areas have medium widths. It is able to accommodate those with medium sized feet. Its semi-curved shape follows the natural curvature of the human foot.

The outsole unit of the Skechers GOrun 400 features the rubber GOimpulse® Sensors. These circular shapes on the face of the external sole unit are responsible for the traction and flexible support the runner gets during the running sessions. They also allow easier transitions through the gait cycle. Even distribution of pressure is achieved when the foot is on the ground, so optimum ground feel should be given to the wearer.

5GEN® is a mid-sole material that is very responsive. This high-quality full-length layer cushions the foot entirely, and it even returns energy to the runner for more efficient succeeding steps. It’s plush, springy and it doesn’t have a substantial weight.

The Goga Run® is an insole that’s placed right above the main cushioning unit. It supports the foot responsibly, but it also absorbs the impact forces gotten from striking the foot on the ground.

The sandwich mesh is a comfortable material that’s used as the primary cover system of the Skechers GOrun 400. It’s durable, breathable and it has some padding to add a bit of cushioning to the dimensions of the foot. A well-ventilated running experience awaits the wearer as it has an open construction.

Stitched-on overlays made from synthetic materials provide more integrity to the structure of the upper unit. It also causes the fabrics to hug the foot snugly and securely.

The Quick-Fit Portal located at the heel makes wearing or removing the Skechers GOrun 400 much easier. It’s like a finger-loop, but it’s integrated directly in the upper unit.
