Job in Aveiro: Expert in energy return (SATRA TM142) needed - consultancy job

Our testing facility is located in Aveiro, Portugal. I’m looking for an engineer to help us set up and understand our new machine for testing energy return.

 

Requirements

• English: Preferably fluent, but not required. Be able to have a professional conversation about energy return, shock absorption and running shoes technology. 

• Practical experience testing shoes following SATRA TM142 (Falling mass shock absorption test) or similar.

• We'll need availability between March 5 and March 15, when we receive the machine. It can be any time during the day and week. 

 

The task

• Collaborate in setting up the machine (from Gester Instruments)

• Help us understand its operation and interpretation of results

 

Time commitment

• Whatever time is required to get the job done, between March 5 and March 15 when we’ll receive the machines. 

• If interested, an opportunity to join the company part time or full time
