Good to know
Wilson came out with another lightweight offering under its speed shoe catalog, the Kaos 2.0. Backed by industry-leading technologies, this trainer is assembled to allow competitive movers to accelerate in their game.
Kaos 2.0 is dependent on the Skinguard upper reinforcement for supportive movements and Endofit’s form-fitting capability to stabilize multidirectional foot motions. It’s also packed with the proprietary R-DST+ cushioning technology for responsiveness.
Durability. Top-quality tennis shoes are equipped with hard-wearing outsoles to survive long and rigorous matches. The high-density Duralast rubber compound that’s present in Wilson Kaos 2.0 is one of the trademark designs built to last a protracted time even with players who are tough on their shoes.
Traction. This abrasion-resistant athletic shoe in wavy herringbone tread delivers traction, whether on soft or tough surfaces. It allows the user to run towards the middle and baseline sections of the court with maximum grip.
Cushioning. The middle section is built with the R-DST+, an upgraded version of the standard R-DST, which makes use of highly-packed EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam. As compared to the standard edition, this technology offers a more pronounced bounce back attribute.
Thickness. Despite being equipped with tons of cushioning, this second-generation all-court Kaos is crafted with a Dynamic Fit. The innovation keeps the foot low-to-the-ground, which permits the wearer to be firmly in contact with his movement. It’s specially formulated with a 9mm heel-to-toe differential to give the wearer the ability to achieve swift performance.
Support. Keeping the foot rightly in place as it tackles fast-paced court games is the Pro Torque Chassis (PTC) Light. Such arch technology integrated under the midfoot stabilizes the foot for quick propulsion.
Stability origins. The mesh upper is wrapped with Skinguard, a bundle of web-looking synthetic material. Such added top protection reinforces the forefoot and lateral sides during take-offs and multidirectional flights.
A supportive 2D-FS is integrated into the forefoot to deliver stability and support. This feature is fabricated to keep the foot firm and secure during sideway motions.
Comfort source. Inside the Kaos 2.0 is the Endofit unit, an inner sock construction that hugs the foot for a customized fit. Its form-fitting attribute is made to keep the foot from slipping inside while granting comfort even during exhaustive plays.
Fit design. Even with the presence of the form-fitting sock structure, the forefoot remains to be spacious. The area at the tip of the foot tends to feel wide than the standard-sized tennis shoes, sharing an almost similar impression as the Prince T22.
