The Jordan Super.Fly 2017 was released in August 2017. The shoe model has the latest cushioning technology of Nike, which is React. The upper boasts of the Flight Web technology that provides satisfactory foot containment. The outsole features a circular pattern that maps out the foot’s pressure points. With all these technologies in one shoe, we are looking forward to a beastly performance on court.

Cushion. The React technology is a first for a Jordan shoe model. The Jordan Super.Fly 2017 has a full-length React foam placed just below the insole. It is said to have the ability to give the most energy return among other Nike foams. It is soft and springy, so it easily bounces back after it receives impact.

The React foam in this shoe is tapered so it can provide a smooth heel-to-toe transition with the help of the torsional plate in the midfoot. The thicker foam in the heel area absorbs impact well. The thinner forefoot delivers great court feel. Encasing the soft React foam is Phylon, which is a type of EVA foam.

Traction. Depending on the colorway, the outsole of the Jordan Super.Fly 2017 is either a solid or translucent rubber. Both rubbers are thick and hard, and can withstand a variety of courts. For traction, it has a circular pattern that highlights the important pressure points of the foot.

Length and Width. The Jordan Super.Fly 2017 comes in the standard width and length. However, reviews made by wearers vary. New buyers with wider feet are advised to go for the colorway with a mesh upper. The material can conform to the structure of their foot.

Lockdown. The Jordan Super.Fly 2017 is designed to have a one-to-one fit for better foot containment. For better lockdown, the shoe model has a traditional lacing system. To keep the foot in place, the midfoot area has the Flight Web technology. It is a fit system technology that uses webbed straps which moves with the wearer.

Depending on the colorway of the Jordan Super.Fly 2017, there are leather and mesh uppers available. The mesh guarantees a breathable upper. As for the leather, there are perforations throughout the upper to help wick away moisture. Also, leather uppers deliver durability, which makes the shoe last more than just a season of games.

The inner of the shoe is lined with sufficient foam for a comfortable ride. The heel area features two Achilles pillows to provide more cushioning to the foot.

The mid-top silhouette of the Jordan Super.Fly 2017 has a one-bootie construction and a classic design. The midfoot has grooves that give it a unique segmented look. The mesh tongue is paired with round shoelaces and aglets with the number 23 callout. The lateral sides of the shoe has the Jordan logo, while the medial side has a stylized Flight callout

The Jordan brand usually produces different colorways of their shoes so that wearers will have multiple style options. The Jordan Super.Fly 2017 is no exemption.
