Retro

Initially released in the past, at least a decade ago, and eventually resurrected due to their popularity. These re-released trainers are assembled with more modern materials though.

Dad

A.k.a ugly shoes or turbo trainers, dad trainers are inspired by the rubber shoes our fathers strutted in the 80s and 90s. These kicks feature massive soles, thick and well-padded uppers for ultra-comfortable strides, and often finished with curvy lines, patterns, and striking colours for flashier charm.

Classic

Classic trainers are basically the original models with very little or almost no changes since they were released years ago.

Minimalist

Clean, streamlined, often monochromatic silhouettes.

Platform

Trainers with a thicker-than-average sole that often surpasses 1-4 inches (30-100 mm). Wearers often choose them for the height benefit they provide.

Sporty

The style of these kicks was inspired by the actual athletic shoes (running, tennis, basketball, etc.). This makes them a bit more versatile for athleisure than casual trainers.

Dressy

Shoes that can pair with a business casual or formal attire. Often made of leather or suede.

Chunky

Oversized shoes with bold and exaggerated design elements and massive soles. Similar to dad shoes but more vivid.

Futuristic

Kicks that look like they were dropped to Earth by the aliens.

Sneaker boots

High-top trainers with extra padding and warmth for colder months.

Deconstructed

Looks as if the shoe was taken apart into pieces and carelessly put back together. Various shoe elements are added, removed or revamped to make a sneaker stand out.

Sock

Trainers with knit uppers that are very soft and wrap around the foot and ankle like socks.

Wedge

Ladies' trainers that have a notably elevated heel.

Mule

Shoes with absent or collapsible heels. Reminiscent of house slippers.
