Lowa's offers outdoor shoes and boots in a wide variety of sizes and is especially generous with large men's sizes (US 13 - US 17).
While there is a high chance that your Lowa size is going to be the same as your regular outdoor footwear size, measuring your foot length would be a safe place to start.

Ladies get special treatment
Lowa proudly claims that all of their women's products are built on a women-specific last which considers the differences in the shape and anatomy of a female foot.
Some of its women's silhouettes also feature injected soles for enhanced cushioning and comfort. For these shoes and boots, women are advised to order half a size bigger.
Wide and narrow widths from Lowa
Some Lowa shoes and boots can be purchased in alternative widths. However, the Wide option is available for only about 15% of the brand's products while the Narrow option is even more scarce - only 2% of the products.
Lowa sizes compared to other outdoor brands
We found that Lowa's men's sizes are consistent with other popular outdoor brands like Merrell, KEEN, And Salomon. However, its women's sizes may need a half-size adjustment depending on the given boot's sole type (i.e. US 5.5 is not injected and US 6 if injected).
