Updates to Zoot Alii 6.0

  • The Zoot brand offers a new and impressive version in its new Zoot Alii 6.0 triathlete running shoes. It comes with great features that suit the triathlete events. It comes with design inspired by 30 years of Kona heritage, the commemorative 30th Anniversary Logo.
  • The upper of this shoe is not just made attractive, but of great design as well. The BareFit Technology is working together with the Dri-Lex fabric, ensuring that the foot is dry and cool at the same time even on longer distances and tough performance.
  • The Glove-like UltraFit upper construction is matched with the Boa Dynamic Fit System. This allows for a faster on and off the shoe and a sure lock in place when running. The inner shoe has the Z-Bound Insole for added cushioning and comfort.
  • The sole is also improved by using the ZCR, a carbon rubber intended specifically for protection against shock and impact. The rubber is placed strategically on the heel and forefoot areas for added durability.

Zoot Alii 6.0 size and fit

The Zoot Alii 6.0 comes true to size. More than that, it also offers unmatched comfort through its snug fit. It comfortably accommodates runners with medium foot measurements.


The Zoot Alii 6.0 has an outsole construction made from the newest Zoot outsole technology, the ZCR or Zoot Carbon Rubber. This rubber outsole is specifically engineered to provide the durability, traction, grip, protection, and shock absorption.

CarbonSpan + technology also adds performance to the shoe. It is light in weight and provides speed, strength, and efficiency.


The midsole of the Zoot Alii 6.0 are made from the full length injected EVA midsole. This is the lightweight foam in the midsole, and is very efficient in providing cushioning and protection against shock and pressure.


The upper of this shoe is constructed with the Dri-Lex Fabric for the upper. It licks away moisture and also prevents germs from invading the shoe. As a result, the shoe is odorless.

Zoot also used the UltraFit technology that provides the snug fit and a unique compression design, thus hugging the foot from the toes to the mid-foot to the heel.

The Z-Bound insole added into the inner foot bed is also intended to improve the cushioning while keeping the sole protected from sharp debris.

To complete the design, Zoot also used the Boa Closure System in its lacing system. It improves the fit while provides a secure locking protection.
