Super comfortable, supportive and protective. However, the tongue doesn’t separate much from the main part of the shoe.

Updates to Under Armour Micro G Limitless 2
- The Under Armour Micro G Limitless 2 was designed as an all-around training shoe, suitable for workouts with various levels of intensity. Its design has undergone a serious makeover compared to the first iteration, especially in the upper unit.
- In the new version, the midfoot saddle has been replaced with the leather and synthetic overlays for more lightweight protection and support. The new design also disposed of the heel lockdown strap and the extra enameled leather layer in the rear section to offer a smoother and less bulky look. Also, the engineered mesh of the new iteration takes up a significantly larger part of the shoe and features wider ventilation pores for added breathability.
- The midsole makes use of the signature Micro G® Foam for better shock absorption and energy return. The cushioning is maximized by the full-length EVA sock liner.
- The high-traction rubber on the outsole protects the high-wear areas while the flex grooves in the forefoot assist the natural stride.
Under Armour Micro G Limitless 2 size and fit
The Under Armour Micro G Limitless 2 is available in both men’s and women’s sizes and is offered in Medium width (D for men and B for women). The shoe generally runs true to its length and width.
The Micro G Limitless 2 is equipped with high-traction rubber, which is placed in the high-impact zones to ensure a lasting wear. It also enhances the grip of the shoe.
The strategically-placed flex grooves in the forefoot add flexibility to the sole unit. This design helps in accommodating the natural stride of the foot.
As its name indicates, the Under Armour Micro G Limitless 2 utilizes the full-length Micro G® Foam in the midsole, which serves as a buffer by absorbing the shock during a repetitive impact. The foam also provides energy-return by turning cushioned landings into explosive takeoffs.
The trainer is cushioned by the full-length EVA sock liner, which conforms to the foot’s shape to offer added comfort and a custom fit.
The upper is made up of engineered mesh that has large perforations for added breathability and levity.
The 2nd version of the Under Armour Micro G® Limitless features an overlay with a synthetic material on the lateral side for lightweight protection and leather on the medial side for durability.
The shoe makes use of a form-fitting compression half-sleeve, which provides a snug fit for the foot. It creates a tight support layer to enhance the stability of the shoe.
The tongue is fully attached at the sides under the eyelets. This prevents the tongue from slipping under the laces during the movement.
A leather toe cap maximizes the protection of the front section of the shoe.
