The back midsole is abrasive, overwhelming that it seems like you are wearing a high heel.

I would call this an everyday trainer, but I think I’d be happy racing a marathon in them.

The mesh upper allows extraordinary breathability, which is great if running in dry weather but may allow water to seep in when running in damp conditions. The soft material allows your toes to move and permits the natural expansion of your toebox upon landing.

  • The Charged Bandit 2 is a comfortable Under Armour running shoe that looks very appealing, as well. The men and women’s versions come in different color schemes that can certainly capture the eye. The smooth construction of the upper does away with heavy layers and uncomfortable stitching. The overlays are fused with the fabrics to deliver a snug fit that’s not too restrictive.
  • Heathered Mesh serves as the foundation of this running shoe’s upper unit. Its soft nature prevents irritation and encourages flexibility. It is also breathable, thus it is able to allow air to keep the interior environment as cool and dry for the runner. A seamless heel cup locks the foot in place and prevents accidental shoe removals.
  • The mid-sole unit uses Charged Cushioning®, a foam technology that incorporates a firm heel density for support and a softer forefoot for comfort. It is able to cushion the foot well, while also attenuating shock during the landing phase of the gait cycle. Additional cushioning is given by the Micro G® foot-bed. It molds itself to the shape of the wearer’s underfoot, thus giving support to areas that aren’t typically cushioned.
  • The high-wear areas of the sole unit are shielded by a durable rubber material. It is highly resistant to wear and tear, so it lasts long. It also delivers reliable traction on the asphalt. Flex grooves make the platform more adherent to the natural movement of the foot as it gears itself for the toe-off, where forefoot flexibility takes place.

The Under Armour Charged Bandit 2 uses standard measurements for its length. Men and women are able to get the correct size when they opt for this model. The available widths are medium and wide; thus it is able to accommodate a variety of foot types. The natural curve of the human foot is followed by its semi-curved shape.

Carbon rubber protects high-wear areas from damage. It is durable, so it won’t succumb to wear and tear, as well. It also gives reliable surface traction, which is important when it comes to gaining control of movement on the asphalt.

Blown rubber is placed in the forefoot section. In addition to its protective purpose, it also has a cushioning capability, which makes the forefoot strikes and takeoffs more comfortable.

The forefoot area benefits from flex grooves, which allow the platform to move along with the natural movements of the foot. They make the toe-off more efficient and enabled.

The Two-piece Charged Cushioning® foam gives support and comfort to the runner. The Charged cushioning is also used in the Charged Bandit 4 road shoe. The heel area has a firmer unit that’s meant to support the rear section of the foot, acting as a foundation for balance. The front section, however, as a softer density, which makes the underfoot experience as comfortable as possible.

The Micro G® food-bed molds itself to the shape of the foot, thus giving contoured support to areas that aren’t usually affected by the midsole cushioning.

Heathered Mesh gives a soft disposition to the upper. It is flexible, so it won’t restrict the natural movement of the foot. It is also breathable, so air is able to seamlessly enter the shoe in order to provide a well-ventilated running experience.

Ultrasonic Welded Seams with Bemis Tape assist the upper in keeping the foot in place. They do not make any marks or cause any discomfort to the foot. The runner benefits from reduced irritation because of this.

The tongue features open mesh, which enhances the breathable nature of the upper unit.

The Seamless Heel Cup placed externally is meant to hold the rear of the foot in place and prevent any accidental shoe removal.
