Good to know

The Under Armour Yard Trainer baseball cleat is one of those shoes that seem to blur the lines between on-court and daily use. For its upper, the pair utilizes a combination of textile (for its forefoot) and stretchable material (for its collar).

A traditional lacing system has been made part of the shoe’s construction for fit customization and foot lockdown. With this is a cushiony tongue that brings ventilation to the wearer’s foot. The tongue also has a lace guard that ensures stability.

For the midsole, Charged Cushioning technology ensures comfort and a responsive ride.

A non-marking rubber outsole featuring a triangular pattern is evident in this pair. It makes sure that traction and grip are maintained on multiple surfaces.

Similar to the Adidas Icon 4 Trainer, the pair holds a central lacing system that locks the foot in place while allowing for fit customization. Lumped with a well-ventilated tongue, the area has a lace guard to keep the ventilated tongue in place for more stability.

The upper of the Under Armour Yard Trainer is constructed from a mix of textile and stretchable materials. The forefoot area is constructed from a textile material that provides an excellent fit. The tongue, on the other hand, allows for ventilation while holding a lace guard for stability.

The Charged Cushioning midsole of the pair is one created for speed and power in the diamond. The material has been designed to absorb impact for every step taken while amping responsiveness. For added comfort, a plush sockliner molds to the wearer’s foot.

The outsole of this Under Armour model is constructed from a non-marking rubber material. The area features a mostly triangular pattern with some linear ones to deliver traction and grip on multiple surfaces. Additionally, the Under Armour logo is embedded in the heel area.
