Good to know

Although the Zinger is available in men's sizes, women can still cop the shoe by preferably getting 2 or 1.5 sizes smaller than usual. Its upper is made with smooth leather and suede overlays, which helps in keeping the foot in place. This lace-up sneaker has perforated side panels, which give a cooling effect on the foot.

This classic sneaker is made with a well-padded collar and tongue, a soft fabric shoe lining, and an air-cooled memory foam insole granting excellent comfort perfect for everyday use.

Skechers takes a throwback with the Zinger. The sneaker features a classic soccer look that is perfect on the field. The toe and side suede adds an accent to its overall front completing the design.

Some of the colors available but are not limited to are blue, black, white, and burgundy. All of which are perfect for a casual outfit. If opting for a relaxed look, the Zinger can match well with a tee and a pair of baggy pants. For a smart-casual look, it is ideal to sporting it with a tucked-in button-up polo with a pair of jeans.

The Skechers Zinger is best known for its classic look style topped with intricate features and upgraded materials. Although it has a neat and simple silhouette, this lace-up shoe has suede overlays and beautiful stitching accents that appeal to many. Its classic style logo at the side also boosts the throwback look the shoe aims to present.

Another appealing factor about this shoe is its excellent comfort. With the air-cooled memory foam for its insole, it assures users, especially those who are traveling, smooth experience with its all-day comfort.

Skechers has brought many lifestyle and performance products into the market for quite some time now. Its humble beginnings trace back to 1992 in a beach house in California. It started as a distributor for the British label Doc Martens, but due to a disagreement, they eventually parted ways with Skechers focusing on building its name. Seeing the untouched potential of stylish streetwear that caters to both men and women, Robert Greenberg used this niche for it to move forward.

In 1993, Skechers came up with a grunge-style street shoe, which is the Chrome Dome. The sneaker appealed to both men and women with its androgynous look and matched well with the fashion trend of that time. It did not only gain popularity but also earned a name both for the brand and for itself.

Over the years, the company has expanded its product line and has exported internationally. Being known for designing products that bring comfort and support, the shoe brand focuses on two categories for its footwear. One of which is the Lifestyle line. Many of the silhouettes in this category come with memory foam for the insole, which contours to the shape of the user's foot, and the Zinger is no exception.

The Skechers Zinger is part of the throwback collection, which showcases a retro look. It takes inspiration on classic soccer kicks and matches perfectly on the streets. Its popularity brought more styles into the line, such as the Scobie, the Ventich, and the Classix.

  • The lace-up sneaker comes with a flexible rubber outsole.
