Good to know

Conquer your HIIT regimen while wearing the Yourflex Trainette 11. This pair of Reebok workout shoes didn’t stray too far from the previous iteration. It still has a low-profile sole unit that is conducive for keeping the foot stable during agile movements. The upper looks similar to the older version, but has been updated with fused overlays to add support without the bulky look.

The exposed midsole of the Reebok Yourflex Trainette 11 also functions as the outsole. The compound used is crafted to be durable, so you won’t have to worry about it wearing out too quickly. It has deep flex grooves that make it easier to transition into the next step. The layout of the underside also allows it to provide grip on uneven surfaces.

Under the ball of this workout trainer are rubber pods. These components, made using carbon rubber, deliver targetted grip and increased durability in the said area.

The foam cushioning on the Yourflex Trainette 11 is designed to attenuate shock during jumping and sprinting. This EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) foam sits close to the ground, keeping the foot steady during fast movements. The curved shape of this layer ensures an easy toe-off.

A MemoryTech insole can be found inside. This type of sockliner follows the contours of the sole to prevent the foot from sliding. It also amplifies the comfort experienced by the wearer.

Offering a comfortable wrap is the synthetic mesh top. The material is breathable, which helps regulate moisture and temperature in the foot chamber.

At the lateral side of the forefoot, the Fuseframe mark is visible. It is the technology used to make the synthetic overlays on this model less bulky, as it doesn’t require any stitching, yet is still effective in providing the needed foothold. They are present on the toe, the quarters, and the heel sections of this model.

Cables, which are visible in the midfoot panels, integrate with the lacing system. They become taut when the laces are pulled, delivering enhanced lateral hold.
