Use - The Nike Zoom D is a versatile medium to long-distance track spike that is ideal for a wide range of runners, from beginning High School track racers to experienced athletes competing in 1500 m to 10k m events.

The Nike Zoom D is explicitly designed for athletes who race middle to long-distance races. Powered by Nike's Cushlon midsole technology, it provides responsive cushioning. It is similar to Phylon rubber but made with higher fiber content making it softer and resilient.
