Use - Built for long-distance races, the LD5000 v5 features top-notch components. The running events it covers range from 5000 meters all the way up to 10000 meters. 

Spike Type - Ideal for rubber track surfaces, pyramid pins are assigned to the distance shoe. These are ¼ inch in length for featherlight, aggressive traction. For a versatile grip, these pins are designed to be changeable. 

Spike Plate - A full-length Pebax® plate runs on the outsole of the track running shoe. It has a good amount of flexibility for unrestricted foot movements. Its composition also heightens cushioning and shock mitigation.
