-Compared to its earlier version, the Merrell Yokota 2, this hiking shoe features the M Select™ DRY technology which works by sealing out water and helping moisture escape. Adding to this is the abrasion-resistant mesh panels for breathability.

-It also comes with M Select™ FRESH that helps reduce odor, Kinetic Fit™ BASE insole for better support and flexibility, and Merrell Air Cushion that absorbs shock and enhances foot stability.

-This waterproof hiking shoe is finished off with the M Select™ GRIP outsole for stronger traction and grip.

This waterproof hiking footwear from Merrell features a Kinetic Fit™ BASE insole - a removable contoured insole that helps the foot get a nice fit. Merrell Yokota 2 Waterproof features the M Select™ GRIP outsole that comes with specialized 4mm lugs for easy release of dirt and debris. This Merrell technology also features slip-resistant traction on wet and dry terrain.

The outsole also incorporates Merrell Air Cushion technology, consisting of heel-to-toe air pockets for additional support, a soft heel pod that helps absorb shock and enhances stability, and smart lug pattern for a lightweight feel.

This waterproof Merrell hiker makes use of lightweight EVA midsole that provides enough cushion and flexibility to the foot. For an even more comfortable feel, it integrates the Kinetic Fit™ BASE insole technology. This special type of insole works with the natural movement of the foot to provide stability in the three major arches during athletic activities.

Like with most Merrell hiking shoes, Yokota 2 Waterproof has an upper made from suede and synthetic material. It incorporates abrasion-resistant mesh panels for breathability, and a molded nylon arch shank that is soft yet extremely supportive. Moreover, it is lined with the M Select™ DRY impermeable membrane to keep the feet dry on wet conditions.

This hiker has a lace-up closure featuring a metal hook and eyelets. It is also designed with a wide-folding tongue to prevent dirt and debris from getting inside.
