Profile of the Giro Manta R

Who is it for? The Giro Manta R is a women's trail footwear. Its shape has been designed to comfortably hug the ladies' naturally narrower foot shape.

What is it for? These rugged off-road Giro shoes are as at home in the trails as they are on the commute to work and on the spin bike in your local cycling gym class.

Outsole

Adequately stiff. The Manta R employs nylon composite outsoles that yield efficient rigidity for power transfer.

Grip. The nylon soles feature aggressive rubber lugs for essential traction in mountain bike shoes.

Additional toe spikes. Two slots are also provided to put toe spikes. These spikes help enhance the shoe's overall grip for extra slippery trails.

Cleat System

The Manta R features a two-bolt cleat system. It is suitable for the following MTB clipless pedals: iSSi Trail II, HT T1 Enduro Race and Shimano XTR M9100 Race.

Upper

Comfort. This pair's supple microfiber uppers promote comfort, durability and a snug fit. This material is also water-resistant, which works well in drizzly weather.

Lockdown. The secure fit is governed by two Velcro straps and a micro-ratcheting buckle. The double straps are responsible for the forefoot and midfoot areas, while the ratchet cinches done the top-most part of the foot.

Both retention types offer easy and on-the-go adjustments.

Protection and durability. Reinforced toe boxes protect the foot from impacts and enhance the shoe's overall durability.

Insole

The Giro Manta R employs a supportive footbed with Aegis anti-bacterial treatment to keep the foot comfortable and feeling fresh in every session.
