Size and fit

The DVS Enduro 125 is a skate shoe model that offers sizes for men from US 7.5 to 13 in D Standard width. The reinforced and heavily padded leather upper gives sufficient support and protection, while a mesh quarter and tongue increase breathability. It has Energy Fit technology, which provides a lockdown fit and consistent tongue alignment.

As with most skate shoes, or sneakers in general, the DVS Enduro 125 features a lace closure system for a customized fit. A heel tab is in place for easy on and off wearing.

DVS Enduro 125 Style

Skating or not, you'd have a nostalgic feel of the early 2000s skateboarding scene with the old-school skate shoe look of the DVS Enduro 125. Unlike modern skate shoes, it boasts a bulky silhouette with a thickly padded upper made from reinforced leather with a mesh quarter and tongue.

This Enduro variation comes in a wide range of colorways that are mostly in neutral hues for easy styling. Examples include black, black/charcoal/red, and black/charcoal/camo. Other colorways feature a gum rubber sole for a more classic look like the black/reflective, black/white/gum, white/grey/blue/red, and tan/camo/gum.

Notable Features

The DVS Enduro 125 is part of the DVS Enduro lineup. It has the Energy Fit technology, a technology that is also present in the DVS Enduro Heir skate shoes. This feature uses dual Energy gore that connects the tongue to the outsole for consistent and lockdown fit. It keeps the tongue in place and secured. However, unlike other Enduro shoe models, the 125 does not feature a 180 heel bag.

DVS Enduro 125 History

The DVS Shoe Company, otherwise referred to as DVS, is an American footwear brand that caters to the global market. It was founded in 1995 in Los Angeles, California by Tim Gavin and the Dunlap brothers named Brian, Kevin, and Mike. It was then acquired by the Sequential Brands Group, Inc. in 2012 soon after it filed for bankruptcy.

One of the most popular collections of skate shoes from the brand is the DVS Heritage Skate Shoes collection. It features skate shoes with a classic old-school look that took inspirations from the brand's legacy in action sports. One of the shoes in this collection is the DVS Enduro 125.

The DVS Enduro 125 is a low-top, bulky skate shoe with a heavily reinforced leather upper, mesh quarters and tongue, padded collar and tongue, EVA midsole, and a classic lace-up closure. It dropped in multiple color options with an original retail price of $65.

Additional Info

  • The DVS Enduro 125 also features a durable rubber shell outsole with two-layer molded EVA cup insoles for comfort. Added protection and support can be expected from the padded collar and tongue.
  • DVS brandings are on the tongue, quarter panels, and heel.
  • The name DVS is not a shortened name for devious. It does not mean anything according to the brand's founder.
