Diadora Equipe Corsa: the brand’s attempt of a break-through

Diadora is not the brand you would normally think about looking for a running shoe. It’s always been more closely associated with casual sneakers and tennis shoes.

What is it for?

  • tempo/speed training
  • racing

Pulling design cues from its very first running shoe from 1970s, the brand mixes the past with the future by adding a few innovative twists

What’s special about the Corsa?

Looking up to the big, carbon-plated race boys, Diadora introduces a Pebax-based shank inside the midsole. It adds an extra snap in the forefoot to help you maintain faster paces.

Also, coming in at 7.4 oz (210 g) in a men’s US 8.5, it makes the lightest shoe from Diadora to date.
