  • This shoe is also constructed with a new full-length segmented Crash Pad, leaving the ride feels more comfortable and a smoother heel to toe transition. It also provides a snap during toe-off for gait cycle support and comfort.

The Ghost 8 comes in a standard running shoe length. The toe box and the mid-foot area are both roomy and snug, and the heel area is comfortable as well. This road shoe offers a true to size and width accommodation that fits well to a wide range of foot measurements.

The Brooks Ghost 8 has an outsole of HPR Plus, which is a high abrasion resistant and offers excellent traction and durability at the same time. Slipping is never a problem whether on wet or dry grounds. This is also constructed with the Blown Rubber material for flexibility and durability while keeping responsiveness an edge.

The Ghost 8 uses the BioMoGo DNA midsole, which is the signature midsole of Brooks brand. It is also used in the Brooks Ghost 11. This is a full-length midsole made with aggressive waffle rubber that provides adaptation for an all-weather ground feel.

The midsole is also constructed with the Omni Flex Grooves for added flexibility and the Cush Pod configuration in both the outsole and midsole.
