New stuff in the Astral Brewer 2.0

Astral’s Brewer 2.0 comes with a handful of improvements from its 1.0 predecessor. The following are the updates it received:

Front-facing drain holes. The former version’s side drain holes are now mostly found at the front end of the 2.0’s sole. Their new placement translates to efficient shedding as the foot rolls.

Water-resistant laces. Having them on means you will not be encumbered with extra weight due to collected moisture.

Heel tab. Unlike its predecessor, the Brewer 2.0 now comes with a pull loop at the heel, which speeds up on and off.

Additional information

  • The heel part of the Brewer 2.0 is collapsible. When folded in, the shoe transforms into a slipper.
  • While this hiker is made specifically for the male crowd, it has a for-women counterpart in the Brewess 2.0.
  • The Astral Brewer 2.0 is one of the lightest hiking shoes on our list. If you wish to go lighter, consider taking a look at our collection of lightweight hiking sandals.
