Updates to Asolo Drifter Evo GV

  • This waterproof hiker now features the Duo Radiant technology. Its outsole uses the Megagrip compound which offers traction on wet and dry surfaces. It is still equipped with the Aso-brake system.
  • From a mono-density EVA, the Drifter Evo GV now features a dual-density EVA midsole. It takes care of stability, cushioning and comfort. Likewise, an Asoflex 00 MR lasting board and Lite 2 anatomic footbed render support.
  • Its upper is a combination of leather and Cordura. A Gore-Tex laminate, cushioned tongue and collar, as well as its lacing system brings comfort and security on the trails.

The Asolo Drifter Evo GV is a hiking boot which caters to men and women. It comes in standard width and regular sizes. Its classic lace-up closure enables a straightforward fit adjustment. It generally runs true to size.


The Drifter Evo GV has an Asolo/Vibram outsole. It uses the Megagrip compound which offers sensitivity in different ground conditions. Its profile includes aggressive lugs which assist users when tackling demanding trails. The Aso-brake system helps secure grip on steep descents.


The Asolo Drifter Evo GV features the Duo Radiant midsole. Its top material, which is a harder density molded EVA, improves stability. The lower part which uses a softer EVA foam dissipates shock from impacts and promotes comfort during a stride. The Asoflex 00 MR adds underfoot protection, and the Lite 2 anatomical footbed conforms to the foot, enhancing comfort.


This mid-top day hiking boot uses 1.6 - 1.8 mm suede leather and Cordura fabric to yield a flexible and durable upper. The moderately insulated Gore-Tex Performance Comfort lining allows the foot to breathe while protecting it from water encounters. Its cuff and tongue are padded for comfort, a pull loop at the heel aids in on and off, and the combination eyelets help keep the foot in place. Lastly, the rubber toe cap reinforces and shields the toes.
