ASICS added the clay court-specific Gel Resolution 7 to its expanding Gel Resolution family. This speed shoe came out ready for the challenges that are typically associated with clay-court matches. It is a solid option if you:

Interchangeable ortholite sockline
The interchangeable Ortholite sockliner, which is designed to mold to the shape of the foot offers form-fitting comfort. This removable insole can be replaced with custom orthotics.
Flexion Fit technology
The shoe’s outer membrane is designed using Flexion Fit technology that molds to the shape of the foot without compromising comfort. This upper composition is made of a TPU wrap over a sheet of mesh. It is intended to respond to every move while offering support where it’s needed, stability, and lightweight comfort.
PHF collar lining
Complementing this feature is the PHF collar lining made of two layers of memory foam. Aptly labeled as the Personal Heel Fit, this component hugs the foot for a tailored-like fit. Its anti-gravel tongue keeps dirt from entering the shoe during matches on clay.
The front part of the shoe is protected from immediate wear with the use of an extra layering of polyurethane material called PGuard.
