The Adidas Adizero delivers lightness and comfort in the baseball arena. The model carries a Sprintskin upper which bears a 3D textured pattern, giving way to more ball control. For fit customization and foot lockdown, a central lacing system has been made part of the shoe’s design similar to the Adidas Icon 4 Trainer.  For ease of access, a  pull tab has been stitched in the heel area. For added durability, an Ironskin toecap has been made part of the shoe’s design. Since it is a high abrasion area, the cap acts as a reinforcement.  

For cushioning, an EVA midsole is used. A well-known material for different types of footwear, it affords the wearer a soft feel while maintaining durability. 

The outsole plate of this Adizero model is constructed with Sprintframe technology. This soleplate has been developed to maintain flexibility as well as durability. The outsole also carries a total of seven metal studs with five studs in forefoot and two in the heel. Featuring a rotational traction zone, this setup delivers optimal traction.
