Good to know

  • The 361 Degrees Santiago is a trail-running shoe that has been specially-designed by off-road enthusiasts from the brand. The shoe is built to handle the most rugged terrains and the highest levels of trail action; it aims to give the runner a kind of comfort that makes trail running feel like a walk in the park.
  • A breathable air mesh provides the upper with optimum airflow and circulation, while an exoskeletal wrap equips the shoe with the durability and support needed for technical terrains.
  • The midsole features the brand’s signature QU!KFOAM technology, but in this shoe, it has a unique design. The Santiago has a wave-structured midsole that makes the sidewalls higher than usual, promoting maximum responsiveness and steady ride. Meanwhile, the outsole is intended to enhance the shoe’s flexibility.

The Santiago stays true to the style of all other running shoes from 361 Degrees: it fits true to size and targets a snug fitting from forefoot to heel. This shoe is offered in medium width for both the men’s and women’s versions.

The outsole of the 361 Degrees Santiago is made of multi-segmented rubber. The material is arranged out such a way that it permits full ground contact with each step. The rubber outsole of the Santiago is both durable and flexible, which allows the runner to move naturally and without the worry of tears and abrasions.

A snow tire-like lug pattern delivers increased traction and furthers the robust performance of the shoe.

Unlike other running shoes from 361 Degrees, the Santiago has a one-of-a-kind midsole design: it has a wavelike structure that gives it a high sidewall. This layout maximizes the midsole’s responsiveness and cushioning, and also maintains the shoe’s flexibility.

The most part of the midsole is made from QU!KFOAM, a proprietary material from the brand that is created as a particular type of foam. QU!KFOAM promises an energetic ride and long-lasting comfort that results in a relaxed run, no matter the condition.

The Santiago’s sock liner is Soft Fast insole that is also made from the QU!KFOAM material. This unit offers an additional level of cushioning and underfoot support.

An air mesh upper completes the structure of the 361 Degrees Santiago. The material is exceptionally breathable as it ventilates according to the temperature of the running environment. The appearance of the air mesh gives the shoe a rough and sporty vibe.

There is an exoskeleton frame surrounding the midfoot; it is shaped like a net with large holes. This feature provides a supportive structure to the shoe. It also holds the shoe and helps maintain structural integrity.

The tongue and collar of the Santiago both have a padded design, as it promotes an irritation-free ride.
