The women’s variant is offered in B - standard width only. The boot runs true to size. The boot’s lace-up closure permits wearers to customize its overall fit and volume.
This mid-cut Timberland footgear features a grippy rubber outsole which is designed based on the hiker’s need on the trail. It comes with the B.S.F.P. Motion Efficiency System which allows the foot to roll naturally. Its much aggressive boots, especially along the side of the sole, optimize stability and grip.
The women’s outsole comes with a lower profile design. Its lugs are designed to maintain traction and steadiness on various terrain types.
Timberland designers incorporated an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) midsole in this day hiking boot to provide lightweight cushioning. It also houses the brand’s Anti-Fatigue technology which uses a geometric cone for support and to maximize energy return. An internal TPU shank takes care of underfoot firmness needed to prevent accidental twisting of the foot.
The Mt. Maddsen Mid Waterproof uses a premium full-grain leather for its upper. This durable material is partnered with the Timber-Dry waterproof technology. It lines the inside of the boot to prevent water intrusions and expel moisture, maintaining a fresh in-shoe feel.
This gear has a fully gusseted tongue which amplifies its protection against unwanted entry of loose trail debris. To manage fit, it employs D-rings, speed hooks and a synthetic lace. Lastly, a strap at the back of the foot aids wearers in donning and doffing.
