Solebox x Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged History
Adidas and Berlin sneaker boutique, Solebox, have worked on a few collaborations already. Their partnership has given some of Adidas’ most well-known silhouettes a fresh make-over, making amazing collaborative releases.
In 2016, Adidas and Solebox teamed up during Adidas’ third stop for their Consortium tour which was in Berlin. The Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged silhouette was given the touch of Solebox. In this version of the silhouette, Berlin’s coat of arms was the origin of the inspiration of the new design of the silhouette. The new look of the shoe flaunts the gray colorway with hints of red on the outsole, insole, and aglets. Some suede detailing is also featured on the shoe and the Solebox branding presented on the heel part and on the tongue.

The Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged being the origin of the Solebox x Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged gives the low-top shoe the running roots, but its over-all design made the shoe fit for casual use.
