Skechers Venice - T History

In 1992, Skechers USA was founded by father and son Robert and Michael Greenberg. Robert is no stranger in the footwear industry as he was a former employee of L.A. Gear, one of the best-selling shoes for women during the 90s. Initially, he planned on becoming a distributor of Dr. Martens but eventually decided on establishing Skechers.

In a way, the brand became strategic as it offered casual and street style shoes. During this time, no athletic shoe company produced since most only provided shoes for athletic purposes. Because there was not much of a competition and they were able to tap a new and vast market, Skechers became one of the fastest growing companies in the USA.

Skechers Venice - T Style

Equipped with the comfort of a sneaker but dressed up to the nines, best describes the Skechers Venice T. The leather upper, with subtle detailing enforced but the stitching creates a sleek and smooth look. This low-top profiled sneaker can be dressed up or down and be paired with short, jeans, and trousers. Its elevated style also makes it the appropriate footwear for work or when going out.
