Size and fit

The Skechers Skech-Air 92, like any low-top sneakers, allows the feet to move freely. It also features a lace-up closure that provides an adjustable fit depending on the preference of its wearers. Both men and women can enjoy the sneaker.

Skechers Skech-Air 92 Style

The upper of the Skechers Skech-Air 92 is made of breathable mesh material. However, due to the breathable properties of mesh, the print quality is not clear. Thus, the sneaker has a single color design. The stitching accents complement well with the monochrome design of the shoe. The upper of the shoe is sitting on a retro-styled translucent air-cushioned midsole.

The Skechers Skech-Air 92 is a sporty training sneaker. You can complete your workout look by pairing the Skech-Air 92 with track pants and any sports shirt. For casual attire, it can be paired easily with shorts or jeans and shirts.

Notable Features

The Skechers Skech-Air 92 is well-cushioned credits to the Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole and the visible air-cushioned midsole. The padded collar and tongue improve the shoe's comfort. For added stability, the shoe has a smooth synthetic trim at the side and heel panel.

Skechers Skech-Air 92 History

In 1992, the Skechers, a California-based company, was founded by the father and son Robert and Michael Greenberg. The brand is still young compared to other leading footwear companies. It was originally intended for distributing Doc Martens shoes. Later on, Robert Greenberg decided to refocus the target market of the brand. Despite being young, the brand had proven itself to be a strong competitor when the world noticed Skechers sneakers.

Today, the brand distributes and sells in 160 countries and has 2,400 Skechers stores around the world. The brand has also been known for its various footwear products ranging from athletic to lifestyle sneakers.

In 2012, the brand patented the Skech-Air technology. It features a combination of an air-cushioned midsole and a Memory Foam insole that offers its wearers with maximum comfort. One of the sneakers that utilized this material is the 2013 Skechers Skech-Air. It also released other models for this and has successfully created the Skech-Air line.

Another iteration of the 2013 Skechers Skech-Air model is the Skech-Air 92. Enjoy the retro look while taking advantage of the modern comfort of the Skechers Skech-Air 92 sneaker. The air-cushioned pods at the midsole and the memory foam insole provides cushioning and underfoot support. Among the other versions of this model are the Skech-Air 92 - Corview, Skech-Air 92 - Janden, Skech-Air 92 - Sky Motivation, and the Skech-Air 92 - Significance.
