Extremely popular sneakers because of their price range, versatility when it comes to style, and freedom of movement. Almost everyone is guaranteed to have low-top sneakers in their shoe rotation.
Mid-top sneakers extend toward the ankle for a little more support and hold. These lie somewhere in the middle between low-top and high-top sneakers in terms of usage and popularity.
Sneakers with collars that go above the ankles for optimal hold and support are some of the most sought-after models in lifestyle shoes. Most of these shoes take their roots from basketball and have easily or fashionably crossed to mainstream wear.

Regardless of cut, it's always good to start with sneakers that can be worn for the daily grind, also called as "beaters" by some, as these are usually cheaper, easy to clean, and still gives that lifestyle "edge" before going for those wallet-thinning models.
Sneakers dominantly take their heritage from running, basketball, skate, tennis, training, hiking, and football. Still retaining a few of their performance-based technologies, these sneakers have transcended their respective niches and have successfully and popularly transformed themselves as staples of fashion footwear.
Sneakers designed for a laidback, "cool" vibe that is built for lifestyle wear right from the get-go.

Skechers D'Lites - Biggest Fan History
Since its founding in 1992, the Skechers brand has grown from selling mainly street fashion footwear to producing varied casual and athletic shoes for men, women, and children. They now have two main footwear categories: the performance and lifestyle divisions. The lifestyle division contains the casual footwear models which include the D’Lites collection.
The D’Lites collection is one of the company’s most popular shoe ranges. It has a tagline of “and..they make you a little taller!” because of the built-in one and ¼ inch heel in all of the D’Lites shoe models. Shoes in this range also cost less than $80 except for boots, but those don’t exceed $100 either.
Among the models in the S’Lites collection is the D’Lites Biggest Fan. It features a trubuck leather upper, athletic-inspired lace-up design, and mesh fabric panels in a contrasting color. The shoe is available in six colorways.

Rock your pair with selvedge denim or ripped jeans and a short-sleeved shirt for a casual look. You can also match it with yoga pants or tracksuit bottoms for a more athletic vibe.
Fit & Sizing
The Skechers D’Lite Biggest Fan is available in women’s sizes which range from 5 to 12. Half sizes are offered as well as options for medium and wide fit. The trubuck leather upper gives the shoe ample support. However, the medium fit runs narrow according to several reviewers so purchasers with non-narrow feet might do better in choosing the wide option.
The Skechers D’Lites Biggest Fan utilizes the brand’s famous Memory Foam insole which adapts to the wearer’s foot for a personalized fit. The shoe’s style is reminiscent of old-school sports shoes but with a more contemporary vibe.
- The shoe features a padded collar and tongue for a more cushioned feel.
- The shoe contains mesh fabric overlays, stitching accents, and a smooth edging trim made of synthetic material.
