Hoka One One men's and women's size chart

Hoka One One specializes in running shoes and thus tends to be more consistent with its approach to sizing.

Since running shoes require a bit more freedom for the toes, it may be necessary to go half-a-size to a full-size up from your regular casual shoe size.

If you already have a pair of Brooks, Asics, or New Balance running shoes that fit you well, go with the same size for Hoka shoes.

To be even more certain, start by measuring your foot length and check its corresponding US, UK, or EU size below:

The sizing scheme of Hoka One One matches most running shoe brands, including Brooks and Asics. However, some size adjustments may be necessary for brands like Adidas and Nike.

How Hoka One One running shoes fit

Many of the Hoka designs are reported to run slightly on the narrow side. That includes Hoka Clifton and Bondi daily trainers, the speed-oriented Carbon X, and the trail-ready Speedgoat (reported to have a low-height toebox).

So you may want to consider a Wide version (2E for men and D for women) if you prefer more room in the toebox.

The good news is that 18% of the current shoe selection from Hoka is available in Wide options.

Thus, it can be possible that you will need a Wide shoe in Hoka even if you don’t in other brands.

We still recommend checking the information on individual product pages where we gather all the feedback on how each Hoka shoe fits.
