Saucony Shadow Original History

Saucony has been known of constantly improving their products through years by analyzing athlete’s biomechanics. From studying, they turn them into concepts and finally into advanced technologies.

The Saucony Original is the branch of Saucony that is all about re-releases of their past models.  They launched the Shadow Original in the mid-80s as their suede reissue of the original Jazz silhouette.  The Shadow Original was initially introduced as performance trainers and since then, it became an indispensable silhouette of Saucony brand. They incorporated soft EVA midsole for superb cushioning and TPU heel for better support. It also has a mesh upper with suede panel overlay and the Maxitrac triangular lug outsole.
